WebI ended up buying a Sleep Number M7 bed a few years back, (this is the closest model to it that I can find)and I feel like it never really got rid of my back pain. It's been tolerable, but I'm still not getting the pain-free sleeps I should be getting. I have tried settings from 25-40 and it feels worse the firmer it gets.
