WebIn March of 2024, the government of Ontario mandated that all students in Ontario would have to take 4 online credits, as a requirement for graduation, starting in the 2024 – 2024 school year. The reaction in education circles was predictably negative, and for good reason. However, the reality is that the future of education lies in technology. WebAccording to the Ontario Ministry of Education, to receive their OSSD, students must obtain the following credits: 4 credits in English (1 credit per grade) 3 credits in mathematics (at least 1 credit in Grade 11 or 12) 3 credits for group 1, 2 and 3 courses (1 credit in each group) 2 credits in science. 1 credit in Canadian history (Grade 10)
