When we're thinking about the vocabulary that we want to choose to add to an individual's communication system, we want to use the words that individuals are using 75-85% of the time. WebThis low tech picture/word communication board contains high frequency core vocabulary as well as a row of blank cells at the bottom for interchangeable fringe vocabulary. Simply laminate the board and place velcro on the bottom cells so that you may change the fringe vocabulary with activity/curriculum specific words.
