WebWrite without distractions. WriteRoom is a full screen writing environment app. Unlike the cluttered word processors you’re used to, WriteRoom lets you focus on writing. Webwriteroom-mode maintainer here. writeroom-mode uses the the standard way to activate fullscreen, so if something goes wrong, there’s probably nothing writeroom-mode can do about it. It’s probably a problem with Emacs itself. Fullscreen is a notorious problem, which I thought had been solved with Emacs 24.4, but perhaps problems remain.
