WebIts a bit hard to tell from the images, but if I am seeing this correctly your parting line isn't quite correct. It should be on outside of the part (the pink line with bumps in image 3). Solidworks is currently trying to knit the surface of the lip of the cup and your parting surface and they are coincident so it cannot do it.
